The Professional Investor Notice refers to applicable requirements of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks referred to within the Notice.
Users are required to acknowledge the Professional Investor Notice as part of the Investment Centre access process where applicable.
Highcliffe Wealth may retain a record that a user has acknowledged the Professional Investor Notice for compliance, audit and record-keeping purposes.
The information contained within the Professional Investor Notice is separate from this Privacy Policy. The Professional Investor Notice sets out the applicable investor classifications, eligibility requirements, regulatory disclosures and rights relating to the receipt of financial promotions.
If a user no longer meets the relevant definition of a Professional Investor, Certified Sophisticated Investor, Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor or High-Net-Worth Investor, they should notify Highcliffe Wealth in accordance with the requirements set out in the Professional Investor Notice.
Highcliffe Wealth does not represent that every registered user is suitable for every investment opportunity displayed on the platform.
Individual investment providers may apply their own eligibility, verification, due diligence, suitability or onboarding requirements before accepting an investor.
Access to the Investment Centre does not guarantee eligibility to invest in any particular opportunity.
